If applicable, Noemi Studios will provide a refund within 7 days after your order has been delivered, please contact us within this timeframe to discuss any refund requests. Returns or exchanges due to damage, loss or theft will not be accepted.
Once your product has been shipped Noemi Studios is no longer responsible for the handling of your order. We are not responsible for any package lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
